Bon Tool products are inventoried in our distribution centers and are typically shipped via UPS or Common Carrier to our customers the same day the order is placed. Our suppliers benefit from having their products promoted by our national & international marketing efforts, including our web site, general catalog, tradeshows and by our sales team. New Product & Suggestion Submissions
Each year, many individuals send Bon Tool Co. unsolicited letters with ideas, samples, inventions and suggestions. We appreciate and welcome your thoughts and ideas. Bon Tool Co. is sincerely concerned with protecting the interest of the persons submitting ideas. At the same time, Bon Tool Co. must safeguard its own interests against misunderstandings and claims. Many times we receive the same idea or product from multiple individuals, and/or an idea that has been already conceived by our personnel. Therefore, Bon Tool Co. shall be free to use, without obligation to you, similar ideas and inventions, received before or after your submission, consistent with patent regulations and rights. Bon Tool Co. will not be under obligation to reveal activities of the same or similar nature. Before submitting a new product or idea, we suggest you protect your proprietary interests to your satisfaction. All submissions must be made in writing. If your idea or invention has a patent issued or patent pending, a copy should be attached. Include your name, address and day time phone number. Please include the name of your employer, at the time of the idea or invention and disclose if this employer, or if any other employer or individual has any rights to the submission. Bon Tool will not return submitted information or samples. Please include a signed copy of this page with your submission. Date, sign and retain a duplicate copy for yourself.
