|
| Bon Tool accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover charge cards. All payment are in USA funds only. Terms for those that have an established account with Bon Tool Co. are 1% - 10 days net 30 days. Payment for international orders should be made prior to shipment, via credit card or wire transfer, unless otherwise arranged. |

| On Line Freight & Shipping Terms |
|
| For continental USA customers, the freight code is indicated by the letter in the product item number (B,T,C or U).
Products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point, with the freight costs and handling charges fees paid by Bon Tool Co. and charged to the customer. |

| For shipments to a single destination in the continental US, orders totaling $900 net or more of "B", "T" and/or "U" items will be shipped freight prepaid. If your order includes "C" items you are responsible for the freight charges and will be charged for freight accordingly. |

For shipments to a single destination in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico, orders totaling $3,000 net or more of “B” items are freight prepaid. (Excludes duties and taxes.) “T”, “C” and “U” items do not qualify for prepaid freight and you are will be charged
accordingly.
International orders will be shipped FOB Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, USA. See more information in Export Services below.
Bon Tool Co. will determine the routing of packages. Special routing requests may cause additional shipping charges for the customer.

| Returns & Refunds |
| Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bon Tool Co. If you receive an item you are dissatisfied with, and it is in new and unused condition, you may return it within thirty (30) days for a complete refund or exchange. The outbound and return shipping charges are not refundable. Items returned after 30 days, in new and unused condition, are subject to a 10% restocking charge. The outbound and return shipping charges are not refundable. Restocking charges as well as outbound and return freight charges may be waived for defective or damaged items at the discretion of Bon Tool Co. |

| All returned merchandise must be authorized in advance. To return an item(s), call the Bon Tool customer service department and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Please have the invoice or packing list on hand when you call. Once you receive your RGA, return the goods via UPS or US postal service, shipping paid. If the returning item(s) can not be shipped via small package carrier, you may call our freight department to assist you with common carrier arrangements. |

| The RGA number must appear on the outside of returning box(es). Please include a copy of the original invoice or packing list to insure prompt credit. |

| Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment, such as, credit card, "open" account, etc. |

| Special orders and/or custom made item(s) are generally not returnable. Call our customer service department to review your situation. |

| Open Account Terms |
| All payments are due thirty (30) days following the invoice date. Bon Tool shall have the right of set-off and deduction for any sums owed. If the customer fails to make payment within thirty (30) days, Bon Tool may defer shipments until such payments are made, or may at its option, cancel all or part of unshipped orders and backorders. Past due invoices will be charged a one and one-half (1.5%) percent per month interest charge (which is an annual percentage of eighteen (18%) on the unpaid balance each month. The customer agrees to pay all costs and expenses incurred by Bon Tool Co. in the enforcement of any of the company's rights caused by delinquent accounts, including all attorneys' fees. It is agreed that fifteen (15%) percent shall be considered a minimum reasonable fee. All claims for adjustment by a customer must be presented in writing no later than thirty (30) days from the invoice date in question, or such claims are hereby waived by the customer. |

| Credit balances, if not used within one (1) year, will be subject to cancellation, and Bon Tool Co. shall have no further liability. |

| Export Services |
| Order acceptance for international orders; the customer acknowledges that no order shall be deemed accepted unless and until it is verified and accepted by Bon Tool Co. at a continental USA facility. The customer further consents that submission of its order shall subject the customer to the jurisdiction of the federal courts of the United States and of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. |
