The BRICK BUSTER from Bon Tool Co. makes masonry cuts easy and cost effective. This splitter is portable and dependable to provide fast and
affordable method of cutting masonry units on the jobsite.
Bricks and pavers can be cut at any angle with the 10-inch wide cutting blade. A removable pin quickly and easily adjusts the height to one of three positions; finer adjustments can be made with an adjustment screw. A splitter table is sold separately.
Quality craftsmanship, a smart design and a hardened cutting blade that has three cutting edges for longer life, put the BRICK BUSTER in "Bon's Better Value" line of tools.

Bon Tool Co. introduces the EZ Rod Control Joint System to help masons achieve vertical joints in masonry faster and easier. This revolutionary system is easy to learn and easy to use to accomplish high quality results for masons of all skill levels.
This system can be used for brick or any other masonry veneer work to maintain a straight vertical joint, a consistent 3/8-inch thick.
Place the rod holder and rod in the desired plumb position and mount to sheetrock, Styrofoam insulation or any veneer surface that will hold a screw. Once the wall is laid up to the holder, remove and replace holder to higher position along the veneer. Continue doing so as the rod remains in original position, maintaining the vertical joint.
Bon's timesaving EZ Rod Control Joint System is completely reusable. At the end of the work day a few twists will free the rod from the drying mortar.
The fully-adjustable system includes the cast aluminum rod holder, a 3/8-inch by 5-foot steel rod and jack line accessories. A twist on the eyehook bolt converts the rod holder into a jack line holder.

The PAVER AND WALL SPLITTER from Bon Tool Co. is designed to cut pavers and retaining wall units up to 12" thick. Bon's splitter is portable and dependence to provide a quick and easy method of cutting masonry units on the jobsite.
Masonry units can be cut at any angle with the l6-1/8 inch wide cutting blade. The blade adjustment pin quickly and easily adjusts the height to one of three positions; finer adjustments can be made with the unique front crank handle.
The splitter is on wheels for easy maneuverability on the jobsite. Simply lock the handle in place and the heavy-duty splitter is ready to go.

BON EXPANDS LINE OF PAVER HANDLING TOOLS

Bon's line of interlocking paver handling tools includes a slab mover, sand and base rakes, curb tongs and a new splitter. These products work in combination with the other tools in the line to provide contractors with all the necessary tools to complete an interlocking landscape project.
The slab mover handles slabs up to 40 inches and 330 pounds. At this weight capacity, it can move most large units. With a jaw capacity of 14-l/2 inches and a recommended weight load of 110 pounds the curb tongs are ideal for placing and aligning smaller sized slabs and large block.
The tools complement Bon's offering of paver tools which includes extracting tongs, an alignment bar and Bon's popular Brick Buster.

Bon Tool Co. has expanded its line of stainless steel tools with the manufacture of its Stainless Steel Barrel Jointer. This masonry jointer, is more durable than a carbon steel jointer.
Unlike carbon, the modified stainless steel formula of the barrel is corrosion resistant.This means there is less risk of dark rusty spots on finished mortar joints.
Bon's Stainless Steel Barrel Jointer comes with four replaceable barrels ranging from ½ inch to 7/8 inch.
Bon continues to grow its line of stainless steel tools which now includes more than 50 masonry trowels and three masonry jointers, including this new Barrel Jointer and a new Bullhorn Jointer for 2006. Like the Stainless Steel Brick Trowel first introduced in 1999 and the Stainless Steel Bullet™ Groover introduced in 2005, this new jointer is another first-ever, “original” stainless steel tool from Bon Tool Co.
Stainless Steel Jointers are more durable than carbon steel jointers. Sizes of the new jointer range from 3/8 to 1-inch.
